Poor Customer service & attitude of the Deale

I booked my Honda Activa model two wheeler-SCV110 on 9th April Booking receipt No. 009 by paying the entire amt. of Rs.45, 448/- at Pashankar Auto Pvt. Ltd Bhakti Plaza, Aundh Pune-411007 .
While booking I was promised delivery within 15-20 days. After several followups & personal visit I was finally informed that I would get the delivery on 21st May vide their Invoice No. 09IN01157 .
On visiting Pashankar Auto Pvt. Ltd. to collect the vehicle on 22nd June to my surprise I find that the vehicle was not inspected by their staff. The staff had noticed some technical problems. They made me wait for over an hour & then they informed me that they will send it to their service centre to rectify the problem.
Fnally I was told that they would deliver the vehicle at my residence after rectifying the problem. After 2 hrs I get a call from their office, that the problem has been rectified & that I would have to pay them the petrol charges if I wanted the delivery. The minimum qty. of 1/2 ltr. petrol issued by Pashankar Auto was used up in taking the vehicle to their service centre by their staff.
I am really surprised by the customer service attitude of a company like Honda. They are more concerned about recovering the value of half a litre petrol from the customer rather than acknowledging the inconvenince the customer is going thru in this entire process. As a customer, I had paid the full value of the vehicle while booking. 'Am I not entitled to claim interest on delayed delivery of my vehicle when the company can insist for paying up for 1/2 a ltr. petrol value.
