Failure of commitment and delivery

I am dr.saurabh sharma.my dad booked a 1.5 smt honda city at bhopal on 21/09/09.the attending person-harish chandra singh promised to deliver the car by month end..or in the 1st week of october max after some time..he is now saying that it is expected in the 3rd week.he never once bothered to call or inform about the delivery..we only keep calling him..he is also quoting rs 3000 extra than what is written on the official website of honda motors..Also in the last 2 days the Government has increased the road tax by 2%..so now we have to pay almost 10-12 thousand exgtra..because of the honda motors.looking at this, we have made the greatest mistake by choosing honda..please look into this matter as soon as possible and take strict action..my no.is 09983761782.Is this the sort of customer satisfaction should I expect from a company as elite as Honda.
