With due respect I would like to bring to your kind notice some issue that I have been facing with my 4 weeks old car.

I bought this car from your dealer prestige Honda on 28th of April And it has gone back to the service station 4 times in the past days till 24th May. After 12th may I called up MR Amit (sales executive) from whom I bought the car, and contacted him as I was facing some problem with the air-condition.

The basic problem was the air-condition used to trip off automatically and start giving up warm air as if the compressor isn’t working but after sometime it used 2 start working again on its own.

I was facing the problem from the past 10 days but I thought that it’s a myth and maybe I am confused about it or something. But on repeated problems, with utter disappointment i contacted Mr. Amit to get the car picked and checked.

Prestige guys didn’t have a driver at that time/neither the next day and finally after that on the 3rd day I had to go by myself and drop the car at their service station, at the service station I was assured that the car doesn’t have any big problem as such we are gonna check it and deliver it back to you in the evening, but the service guys couldn’t diagnose the problem, they gave me a call that we need another day to do it so I agreed on it and let it be there for that day. I got my car delivered from there the very next day, with an assurance that there were some minor adjustments to be done and we have done it and you won't face any such problems in future. But on the contrary, the problem was still there.

I got back to Mr. Amit once again; he felt sorry about it and asked for the car once again. I gave him my car again thinking that the problem will be sorted out and he would return my car in the evening in any case. In the evening till 7 o’clock as I got no news from their side, I called them up again to inquire about the matter, he said sir there is a minor problem in the car, we are on it and we will get it done but I need another day to do it. Around 8 o’clock Mr. Deepak (Service Manager) calls me and tells me sir, your car is ready, work is done, the problem was very minor, we were in contact with the Honda team and they helped us out the resolve the matter and it is done now.

I was just driving back home, the air condition tripped off again, when they are claiming that the work on the car is done and moreover if you are not satisfied with it what is the point in sending it back, not once but twice and that too after more than 300 kms of testing. Getting furious about it I called up Mr. Amit once again and told him I don’t want this car, it’s a defective piece, I don’t want any part to be changed or anything to be done on it and now I don’t trust your car/your brand your services and nor your claims and now I am too fed up of the car and I really don’t want a piece of trouble in my garage. Because I have not driven the car even 500 kms and 2 weeks of purchase if I am facing problems on a regular basis even after spending Rs 17.90 lakhs and with continuous fake assurance from your service people, it’s a heartbreaking experience for me.

Next morning Deepak and Amit come over to my office again asking for the car, I have given it to them but I don’t want it back. Then, Mr. Deepak requested me once again to give the last chance and then they would do whatever i ask for and i told them if you are not able to rectify the fault then kindly return my money to me and take your car back. Then they gave the commitment for returning the money in case the problem was not rectified. This gave them the plea for another 2 days and again my car was returned to me without rectifying the problem again and they gave us a test drive of approx. 50 kms. And at that time the car was functioning properly and there was no such prob. But, when i started from my office from home then again the problem was there.

Then, again the next day the G.M of prestige Honda came to us along with Mr. Amit and his demo vehicle and we drove approx. 100 kms. and took approx. 6 hrs. to understand the problem and admit the fault in the car. Then, finally he accepted yes there is some problem in the car and my earlier employees are fools who could not understand your problem and were harassing you and we are really very sorry for what all happened and this will be taken care and will take your car back and will talk to owners abt. It and will give you the finally verdict. Either we change your car or we return your money back.

On this pretext they took the car from us and after 5 days they again called me and said sir, we are sorry to say that there is no problem in the car and we cannot help you. Mr. Lally has told us the car will not be delivered to them until the due amount of Rs. 15, 00, 000/- is not given and there is no problem in the car and they cannot do anything about it.

Now, today i will tell you the level of harassment that i have taken 3 yrs. Maintenance package from them which: Any manufacturing fault or defect or service cost except damages due to accidents will be free of cost. Now, there people are calling again and again that there is an outstanding bill of Rs. 26, 000 on my a/c and has to be paid immediately and they have send me a message also for the same. If one would ask them that if there is no problem then for what the bill of such a huge amount is raised in our account.

Kindly guide me what to do with this sort of people.
