Poor customer services

I bought Honda Activa from Sharayu Honda (MH 130001), Panvel 410206, New Mumbai, Maharashtra, last year ie.2008. Since then the vehicle was got serviced twice due to long waiting period and some times even skipped free services. The service station manager says that due to heavy load at the service centre they were not able to give the vehicle on time. The service station Manager Mr Chandran who is very rude while dealing with customers like me. This is not acceptable to us. I would request the Honda management to take immediate action and improve customer services at the Sharayu Motors.
