Front Disc out

I have purchased a Honda Shine Vehicle Regiastration # KA-34-U-8252 (INDIA) Bellary.

Sir, the complaint is that i have purchased new honda shine on 19-02, and vehicle has front disc out due to which sound from front wheel is producing, every day i complaint of problem and visit the technician & service manager says it is ok but i asked them to give me in written that disc is good condition they refuced. now i they are saying that their service manager and he will solve the problem, but others out side mechanic are confirmed that wheel disc is bend. And i left my vehicle is at showroom in bellary, karnataka. And now i am planning to approch to Consumer Court for justice. please help me. And finally i conclude with small information that Bellary Existing Nandi Honda showroom do not have any skilled technical and hope it will effect your brand, please suggest me what to do wheather i approch to consumer court.
