Poor service from honda deale

I don't know if this complaint reaches the concerned authority or not but everyone must know what a big mistake it is to buy a honda bike, not due to operational problems but due to problems faced from the dealer.

I bought a HONDA SHINE BIKE on 13th october from KRISHNA HONDA CHANDIGARH.My bike suffered an accident on jan 14th in which tank and 2-3 more parts were damaged. Till date the dealer is not able to arrange for the new tank. Every time they say they have placed the order to he head office but they are not sending the required parts.

If th company cannot replace an accessory why did at the first place manufacture he thing. They don't understand how big problem the customer is facing.

If anybody listening kindly take the required action so that i am in position to receive my bike at the earliest
