Bad Product & service problem by Service Cente

I have purchased Honda Shine Bike from Brij Automobiles, Bhuteshwar Road, Mathura on 28-4-08 The details are as follows :

Chasis No.- ME4JC366A88080492,

Engine no.- JC36E9151948.

From the first day i bought the bike i am feeling iritate as a continuous sound is coming from the back light portion. Secondly i came to know that my bike is giving the mileage of 35 kmpl but he company has told me that the average will be of about 65kmpl. Thirdly after driving when i put he bike on stand a sound comes from silencer and after sometime it automaticaly stop. The first service has already been done and i have told al the isuues but none of the issue has been solved today also the bike is giving the same average. Please help me in such a case i am feeling that i have wasted my Rs. 50000 while purchasing this bike.
