Starting problem in the morning

Hi, i am using shine from Oct Every day when i am starting the bike i need to use choke.. Otherwise it switched off... When i informed while giving service, they are telling bike was like that only " u need to use choke everyday. Its not a problem." This problem is occuring for u all? Please reply

Mileage is not good. I am getting less than 50... only thing good one in this bike is less noise while driving . head light power also less when compared to other bikes in TVS .. etc
