Delay in getting my bike

Dear Sir,

Pls note we have booked one honda shine bike at tirupur, with m/s prasanna honda, on 18.09.09, through receipt no 5484, but till today we wont recd any clear information from the dealer, we have visited many times the showroom but we wont get an clear reason for dealy.

It's almost 70 days over and we wont now when will we get the bike...

We need some one to solve this.
