Poor & Arrogant Service

Dear Sir,
Yesterday I have booked my motorcycle for servicing under 1st service of AMC at your Gugunani Honda service, Bhubaneswar, Orissa. My serial was 8 and due deliver time was 12pm.
My Complain:
1) When I reached ur service staion the at 12pm they are 2 junior asstt. were struggling with large hammer to dismantle the main stand. Looking at the unskilled approach I requested a senior person to help and finally it got dismantelled. To avoid adjustment and repair the technician persued me for a new stand to purchase which I denied. Then they finally went for weling the same and charged Rs.60/- for which I did not get any receipt.
2) While taking delivery I found that the swivel lock cover of my rear dicky was broken. I asked the senior who was responsible for taking payment and issuing get pass to allow me to write few note on my complain in the delivery slip. But he was quite arrogant not allowed me to write. He was pressuring to simply sign me and take the deliver other wise un neccessarily I will be tetained.By that time it was 1.30pm. Having no way I took the delivery.
3) During my 4th free service I v complained for racer adjustment which they could not make it satisfactorily and as a result I had to pay for the racer this time.
Now I am feeling that by going for a AMC, done a blonder. Beacause you r no difference than a road side mechanic.
Hope management will look in to the matter and do justice to their valid cients.
