Cancellation of the flight

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is the third time I am facing the problem with the Flight number IT 311. In last 3 lonths. It always get cancelled and I am getting booked on other flight. If you this flight dosent exisit for you then why you are booking tickets for this flight. We have certain commitments which we have to adhere which are getting deviated because of your this cancellation and rescheduling of the flight.

I am the frequent flier of Kingfisher my Club Number is 51808153.

If this kind of problem happened next time I will be forced not to use Kigfisher Airlines for my further Tour programes.

I am sorry I being very harsh in this case but we expect more from Kingfisher.
