Brand New Honda Activa Dlx Problem in self start kick start

From 14.07.2010 I have probem in self start and kick start. Now they have informed me that, there is problem in battery and kicker is also broken inside. They have changed the same. However I dont know, why this problems to brand new vehicle.

Further the service of the above dealer is very very poor right from booking to delivery. I had made 5 phone calls and then given a mail to make them attend my vehicle problem. You can make enquiry about their service.

If there is any further complaints in my vehicle, you have to replace the vehicle.
