Complaint regarding advanced booking of Honda Shine

Dear Sir/ Madam

I had booked Honda Shine Self (Disk Brake) Colour Black with red stripes, on 04/ 07/ 2010 at your sub dealer " Shraddha Honda" Kopargaon Dist. Ahmednagar. Before bokking the owner of Shraddha Honda promised me to give bike within eight days, but today one month has been completed still I have not received the bike. Also in meantime I had reminded the owner time to time, whenever I had asked about bike they gave me answer that I will get bike in within eight days, then after they gave me answer that I will get bike in within two days & now they are giving me suggession to change the bike type. But I had booked Honda Shine Self (Disk Brake) Colour Black with red stripes which I want. Also now they are not replying my phone calls. Hope you will give me justice. Waiting for your reply.
