I am not satisfied with your service

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I purchased two wheeler HONDA STUNNER Regd No.(UP-32 DE-0978) on 18 june.

On 31 july vehicle skidded while coming on the road due to rain i got minor injuries and two wheeler also got Dented and Bended but was in running condition. The two wheeler being under warrantied or under the time of insurance, was send to you for repair on next day. You sent the vehicle to your authorize service centre (PREMIUM CAR SALES L.T.D), Hazratgunj, Lucknow.

It is regretted that since last 17 days two wheeler is OFF ROAD due to non availability of HANDLE. It has not only adversely affected schooling/education of me but also had given bad name to your organisation also.

May i request you to look the matter to make vehicle serviceable at the earliest please and info at above mentioned address.
