Honda Two Wheelers
LOOK I am not satisfied in your service

Sir,

I gave my wife s Honda Activa NO: KL -01-AH 5239, in EVM Motors in Neeramankara, TVPM, Kerala, for complaints regarding kicker, indicator, self starting, breaks and for washing the two wheeler on 12/10. They called me on 18/10 and said the vehicle is ready and the cost is Rs 259/- only. I went on 21/10 at 11.45 am to release the two wheeler and payed the amount they said to me. After that they informed me that the battery is damaged and they didn t replaced it. They didn t informed me about this when they called me on 18/10. They didn t washed the vehicle and the complaint of the indicators are still there. When i asked them about the wash service they said that i didn t told them to do it. one of the executives told me that there is no battery in the showroom to replace it and told me to buy one battery from out side. When i talked to the sales manager he told me to come on the next day22-10 and the battery will be ready. The executives didn t treat me well. one of the executives behaved me so rough so that no one will go to the showroom after that. i spend about 2 and a half hours in that showroom and my complaints are still there. i am a business man and my time is precious for me .i lost my time and also a deal in my business. Is this the way to behave to a customer? Is this the way to solve the complaints in vehicles? my wife brought the vehicle from the same show room. both of us are not satisfied in your service. i am one of the customers who are not satisfied with your service in E V M motors. Please take proper actions as early as possible.
