Sold bike at a minimal price?

Hi all,

I had a Honda Unicorn 150 cc bike. It was a 2005 July model. Kick start, black colour, good condition, run less than 20k kms. I bought it in Bangalore at Rs 35, 000 (from the first owner). I serviced the bike many times and added new accessories to it. And took good care of my bike. Finally, after 1 year, I got transferred to Mumbai. So I had to sell my bike.

Unluckily, I got only 1 buyer, Who paid ONLY Rs 1 for my bike. I had to sell for that price as I had no other option left then. But now, I am feeling cheated and robbed by this buyer. Please let me know what Action I can take against him? Can I take any legal/ police action against this fraud?
