I am Manoj Chandran from Kerala Kollam. I purchased NEw unicorn kl2 ab 7367 from Vahini Honda KOllam.its is disappointing for me to state that the level of honda post delivery services is really unsatisfactory.i bought a honda unicorn from Vahini Honda few months back honda dealer has
completely failed to satisfy issues with my bike.
My complaint is on the first week itself i felt Tic Tic sound from front handle. I told them during first service and they convinced me that the issue is not a major one it will be settled on tyour frist Service. They told tightened its fork. Tic Tic sound had gone and new problem raised. Bike will zigzag on even straight roads. Handle is not steady. It will went to left and right. we r unable to ride it safely in city trafics. I again told the same complaint on second service and third service. Nothing specially happened. Exept the will over tight or Loose. I repeated my complaint on fourth service also. Nothing specially happened. Really fed up with the kind of service provided By Vahini Honda. Please think of your customer's Time, Money and Safety..
From last week onwards it moving towards LHS and RHS automatically and some times I am afraid that the bike will go hit to the side veh, This was beyond by tolerable level. so I took the bike today i contacted Mr Sunil (Service adviser). he promised to solve the issue. In a nutshell he agreed that there was some minor probs with Cone set and ball (We assume it as a major problem). he replaced it. he asked me to Pay Rs 800. for the same.(that means they have charged for the Coneset). He argue that Cone set is not covered under warranty. I have read warranty statement . you didn’t mentioned ths particular part (Coneset) is out of warranty. I am not a fool to admit his excuses and pay for company manufacturing defect
i reported the complaint on second service itself. I assume this is manufacturing defect. am ready to pay rs 800 if it is usual repair due to normal wear and tear. Kindly note that my bike clocked 6000 kms only.
It is very shame to here from my friends and many customers The Dealer is not good in delivering service. The Mouth word of customer goes not to dealer and to The MANUFACTURER only. HMISL please see today walk in customers may not be tomorrow. Put a additional Dealer or revamp the existing dealer. They always look reluctant to support there customer. they re trying to postponed the complaints and wating for the warranty expiry . they keep postponding the matter to the frustrating level and its the last option left for me to mail to here.i sincerely seek your co-operation in this matter an d any kind of help from your side with highly be regarded.
