Dear Sir,

I've purchased Honad Unicorn 1yr back.3months back its lock got Jam. As I've only one key service centre guys refused to replace it under warranty. They said they vl put a special case and send it to co. if they accept it they will return the money. Its almost 3months, they have not given me any report about it and when I asked for the report they refused and said it will take time.

The replaced lock also got jam with in a span of 3months.

Plz tell me how much should I Wait???
