Sir,
i would like to inform you that, i brought unicorn from your dealership Surya Honda, Kattupakkam, Cennai-56, for my periodic service. I gave many complaints while filling the job sheets for three consecutive free services but they didnt rectify 90% of the complaints. They did only water wash and telling that company can do only this much. I am facing many problems. I given complaints to the person who enquires about the service through phone but still that is not improved. Every thing is eye wash. I think the people are not trained properly.
So i disappointed and went to Didar Honda, Karaiyanchavadi, Chennai-56.They are one step ahead than Surya Honda. Not responding the customer, Not hearing complaints from customer. after the paid service at Didar I went and show my bike condition to the manager, Didar Honda. He Said bike is good in condition.
Three times I escaped from accidents with small injuries because of the complaints I mentioned during free and paid services. Now my complaints are rectified according to Didar. But still my bike engine not even get started. They said they changed spark plug. But I dont know why my engine ranout while riding. What is the truth either they dont know how to service or Unicorn product is not good.
I am going to file a complaint on consumer court with the bill and my bike
