Improper servicing

I have been a customer of honda unisorn bike since last approx. 05 years but till date I have had a number of services of the bike at the authorised honda service station but till yet not even a single service has been upto the mark. Infact there is no one responsible at the station to answer or look after the problems. There is lack of experienced and skilled staff at the station.

Such a good produst no doubt but the bad services provided are making it all black listed.

Secondly, I have booked a honda activa scooter past 1.5 months paying Rs.500.00 as the booking amount but till now i havent received the scooter. Whenever i call for the delivery it is being told that the lot is about to come and it will take one more month for the delivery.

If possible please help me in the above problems
