REGARDING PATHETIC SERVICE

Hi,

I had one Honda Unicorn in the month of December from EVM Honda Vytila. But i had availed one free service from EVM Mulanthuruthy since this place is near to my residence. But at the end of the service they people broken the Petrol Tap and given the vehicle. but i was not checked the same at that time and i found the discrepancy when i reached home only. They people said that which is occurred at the time of service. At that time i was informed the same with EVM Vytila since they are the HO of this institution. then i availed all the service at Vytila only. During this period i got better service and in the month of March i was given this vehicle for service there at Mulanthuruthy due some travel stringency. Thank to god this time they were not broken Petrol Tap but they broken my Kick Start Switch. when i found this at the same time i intimated Mr. Udayan the Manager he informed me that he will give replacement when they got any accident vehicle. Moreover i would like to say my vehicle is not an accident vehicle and i wont required any accident vehicle's parts. This is not for your consent. So i request and Immediate resolution for this problem.

Now here in kerala Rainy season started and i canl't travel with my bike because everytime which getting started.
