Minimum Amount Detected from my Saving Account for Credit card payment

Dear Sir/Madam,

When i open the Online citibank service and click on the pay credit card bills option, I added the payee, then enter the amt.(1000) and Click on the next Tab. Then in the next window I click on the Cancel button instead of confirm button. But still min. amt. detucted from my account. Please tell me how it happend.
