Charge more than mrp and refusal to issue bill

This a complaint against honey wine shop in sector 29, noida.the same shop is asking money more than mrp citing due to up tax levy.but when asked to issue bill for the same the shop keeper refused for it.i walked out of shop without buying anything as its dangerous to buy things from shop without bill.we dont know they may sell duplicate or spurious liqour withou any responsibility which is highly dangerous for the health and life.i uge the respective authorities to look into this matter asap.
