Wrong Diagonosis

Dear Sir

Iam Archana Maneesh. Two years back i had two abortions & finally a Doctor X in Chennai declared & issued a medical certificate stating that i have a bi-cordinate Uterus. I had to undego a lot of test & mental & physical agony & spent lot of money in a multi speciatly hospital after the doctor X declared the problem mentined above.

Later just one month back when i took an HSG x ray we were all suprised to see that i had a normal uterus & there is no problem with the same.

Can i charge a case againt Doctor X? If i can how should i proceed for a speedy juctice? I have suffered a lot of mental agony more than the physical sufferings & i think i have the right to get justice.

Kindly advice.
