LATE PROCESSSING OF CANCELLATION APPLICCATION

It is to bring your kind notice that I have submitted an application for cancellation of my hospital care policies No.06842190, 91 and 93 due to financial problems on 25/11/08 and submitted all their respective documents to the concerning ICICI prudential life insurance company branch office at Dwarka New Delhi.

But I shocked to receive yr . letter No. Comp/doc/may/486 that you processed my application on 06/12/08 after taking illegally payment from my credit card without prior my willingness.

It is therefore requested to refund the deducted amount against above ICICI prudential hospital care policies and inform me as early as possible.
