Improper service and negligence of railway clerk (reservation duty)

Dear sir,

I went to reserve tickets for 3 of our family members (2 ladies & 1 male) from Hosur to Erode in the Hosur Railway Station. Our journey date was 05/08/09 (Wednesday) and i went to reserve the tickets on 30/07, verifying from the internet that 300 more tickets are available to be reserved. Inspite of that, the reservation clerk had alloted 3 different seats that were not consecutive. He had alloted the seats namely D2 - 84, 77 and 80. When told that we are travelling with infants and asked to provide consecutive seats, he neglected and refused inspite of availability of lot of tickets. I request you to take immediate action on the concerned person who was on duty then. The time was around 12 to 12.15 p.m on 30/07/09 when i had reserved the ticket. Ticket no. is 38060063. My contact no is 9443598397. I wanted to know what action was taken or would be taken for my complaint. I guess, the person on duty then was named Ravikanth, but i m not very sure.
