I've ordered a plate of pongal. When I was eating it suddenly I realized I had eater some stick like thing. It got stuck in my food canal and I had nightmarish experience while coughing it out. I called out manager and showed him the same. He took it away and checking out it for more than 2 mins and then came to me by forking it out in 2 saying it's nothing harmful and it's just the garlic stem. Seems like the cook didn't bother to check out what part of vegetable they should put into food.

Just by time they have taken to figure that out, tells us that they were not sure and scared for a while. Now I am scared whenever I order my pongal. I have switched to other dishes like plain dosa. This is the only good option in this area and they are making good its position.

I had find once some small stones too in their dhal. I didn't have camera phone other wise I would have posted a few snaps too.

With so bad quality now they have hiked prices of everything. Moreover strategically they sell coffee at 12 Rs and regular cup size is mini coffee which only regular customers know. They charge vat on MRP of cold drink bottles. List is endless but I am done.
