Five Times breakdown in NEW UNIT in lastTWO months

The unit was purchased in June'09. After bringing home it was found that the water is not getting heated. Then after a few days the cold water stopped. The unit was taken to workshop & brought after repairs. Within ONE month again the water was not getting heated. Your techinician visited and replaced the BURNT WIRE. Now again within a month we are not getting cold water since last Thursday. After lodging the complaint, your technician visited today only to find that even after his repairing, the cold water is not available. He advised to take the unit to workshop again for the second time. There appears to be a SERIOUS MANUFACTURING DEFECT in this unit. You may varify the above through the documentations available with your office. We are now loosing our patience and thinking of approaching the CONSUMER FORAM.
