Excess payment of bill through credit card

I have been to Purulia and stayed at Hotel Akash on 15th october. The bill amount was Rs.1499. I paid through credit card. Later i got informed that the amount was deducted twice. Afterthat i have informed them via mail & several phone calls. I have also send them my account statement along with the Icici Bank Account no. But no action being taken from their end. It is almost 15 days over. Still i am not getting any clear information from their end to settle down the matter.

Pls suggest for future course of action.
