Incorrect billing

1. Despite the hotel having started almost two months ago, the company does not have a rate list for food. There is no menu card either, despite being a respectable hotel with good customer base.

2. When items are purchased from the hotel, they do not provide any bill. Payment has to be made as per a small chit produced and is often arbitrary. For example, I made payment for Rs.67 on a chit whereas I came to know later from the waiter that the items actually cost only Rs.62.
