Hotel Five Hills in Panchgani
Bad Service

I checked in on 19-12 tariff rate Rs.1725 of 1 room with all facility like electricity, hot water & bed. We checked out on 21-12 but we didn't receive any kind of services. Mr. Chandran Chaudhari receptionist

was very rude with us we told him to change the bed sheets the next day he send the facility boy with used bed sheets and as per the promised when booking they told we have invertor if light goes, but there was no invertor no hot water in morning to take bath as it was very cold in panchagani even the lights were not proper the rooms were dark. Daily the room were also not cleaned. We are very unhappy with the service. As per the charges and promises we have not received any service. So be aware of such hotel check the hotel room before paying. Remember Five Hills Hotel Panchgani please don't visit and spoil your vacation.
