Non delivery of promised services

We were told by the reception man that hot water will be provided. after we paid the money and checked in they said there are particular timings for the hot water and now the time is over.next day early morning at 5:30 we needed hot water and we were told that they will arrange it with in 10 mins.till 7:30 we did not get it and then the reception guy says that we will not get it and spoke rudly and threatened us. APTDC has a contract with this hotel. i request APTDC not to do business with such hotels who give false expextations or else it will spoil APTDC's reputation.
