Improper behaviour by HOTEL HOLIDAY RESORT, PURI staff

We had a booked HOTEL HOLIDAY RESORT, PURI on reaching there they had misplaced the voucher which was sent to them by yatra on asking them how to go about were talked to rudely and asked to leave.

when spoken to yatra, they asked us to hand over the phone to the manager who was standing next to us, but he mr mohapatra refused saying "i dont have time", well he should have time he is in hospitality business and is the manager.

we had to go through a lot of trouble because of this stupid hotel which had buggs in the room, no room service after 08 am and the list is long
