Hotel Hyper City ( PG for Men)
Our Room is without Door Lock and PG owner is delaying in Fitting new Lock

Hi

I am Neeraj Dogra. Staying is Hotel Hyper City, 18main, Indiranagar, Bangalore.

On tuesday our room lock is blocked (at 7pm), so i informed to our Pg owner. But he is not listening to us and after so much requests at 11pm he send some persons to break the lock of our room and told us that tommorow morning he will fitt new lock.

Due to this i took holiday from my office on Wednesday as our belongings are openely accessible to Pg employes.

But nobody came that day and when i asked him about the carpenter, he is continuosly telling that in evening carpenter will came. and when we ask him in evening he tells in morning person will come.

But now 3 days have past... but no response have came from Pg owner.

And whenever we ask him about the Lock... he is doing mental harrasment (eg. answers us in angry tone) to us.

Kindly do something for solving my problem.
