FAULT IN HOTEL BILLING

Dear Sir,

This is for your refrence that i have stayed in Hotel Mahajan Continetal, Kot Atma Singh Road, Opp, Bus Stand, Amritsar (Punjab), for 11:25 am to 4 pm, and as per mutual agrement thay agreed to charge 250/- for the same, but at the time of billing they have charged Service tax 10.30% of 250/- which comes 25/-, The total amount they have charged-275/- even if they are not having any service tax no, or not applied for service tax number, but they are commiting to the customers that they are paying service tax to Goverment, but according to my knowledge that if they are not having service tax no. means you are not paying any service tax to the Goverment but charging with the customers by false statment that you are paying service tax. i am giving you the detail of bill which i have recived from the hotel . kindly do needful at your end.
