Pathetic Service

We checked into Hotel Nikhil Sai, Nizamabad at around 8.30PM on 15th August and we needed three A/C rooms. Despite the fact that they dont have 3 rooms, they made us first take one and then one and then the last one at 11PM. When we checked in, we told them that we have small kids and we need things quickly. They gave the extra beds only at 11.15PM and that too being after them many times.

No doubt the facilities are world class but the service is hopelessly pathetic. Hotel might be new and it was a National Holiday but being in Service Industry, they should have planned.

When we order for coffee of tea, the room service guys would get us only the coffee jar and not the cups. They would go back for cups and come only 15 minutes later by which time the coffee gets cold. This happened not once but everytime we order room service.

We went to their restaurant for lunch on 16th August and ordered Biriyani, etc and they just get the Biriyani without the curries. They would again go back for curries and come after 15 minutes by which time the Biriyani gets cold.

Guys, you can just stay there for their world class infrastructure but dont use any of their services.
