Hotel not giving registration numbe

Dear Sir,

1. I am writing this in connection with my failed efforts to obtain hotel registration number from Hotel Nilambag Palace.

2. I had stayed at Hotel Nilambag Palace, Bhawnagar, Gujarat while on an official duty. The bill provided by the hotel has not been accepted for settlement of the payments by the CDA (Controller of Defence Accounts) for want of hotel registration number on the bill.

3. Thereafter, I have made at least 20 phone calls and emails to different officers of the hotel management asking them to provide me a duplicate bill with the registration number endorsed on it or at least let me know the number through mail/ letter so that the same can be submitted to CDA.

4. However, the management is just not willing to disclose the same though I have even sent them the copy of the letter rejecting their bill and bills of another hotel where such number was stamped. They have made to speak to numerous personnel of their sales, accounts and management. None of these people are cooperating and willing to give the registration number, which I believe is mandatory to be displayed prominently.

5. Could you please render some advice as to how can I convince the hotel management to give me the hotel registration number or obtain the same through some authentic source so that I can submit the same to CDA for settlement of the payments due to me.
