I have a serious complaint about Hotel Pichola, 55/2, Ganesh Khind Road

Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra 411007.

On 24th April i enquired from aurangabad for a room in the morning. They told its available. On the way to pune again i confirmed at around 8.30-9.00 PM. I had also told these guys that i am going to check out early in the morning. Upon reaching to this seemingly good hotel at around 10.45 PM, i discovered that they did not have photocopy machine required to take a photocopy (the person incharge was calling it as 'xerox') of my I-card. They were objecting to my early morning checkout and kept two options. Either i stay till 10.00 AM on next day - that means they would have taken photocopy of my I-card from a nearby shop, OR i get out right away. Strange! I was taken aback at their behaviour. How can they behave like this. They have every right to take the photocopy of my I-card but if they did not afford to have their own photocopy machine they must have told me when i called them and told that i will be reaching let night. I would have carried the photocopy myself. Needless to say i had to step down of this hotel and look for another hotel in an unknown city starting with looking for an auto rikshaw first. (Auto rikshawwallahs of pune is a different topic now. They ae the best cheaters in the world.)

This means you reach to some place late night, tired, hungry, expecting a comfortable stay and you are told to leave on your face because they themselves are incompetent of managing their business.

I urge to all those who ae planning to stay in hotel Pichola, Pune to be aware of this. I wish no one like me ever gets hurt this way.
