Owner has not signed & submitted my epf form 19 returned to him by EPF office Varanasi

My Name is Ramesh Verma. My EPF number is 18201/ 68 . Establishment - hotel pradeep Varanasi . it is 30 days toady since I submitted my claim form 19 for the withdrawal of the fund but the same has not yet been received in my account so far. When I contacted EPF office today, I got the reply that the same has been returned to hotel Pradeep on 10th June. It is approx 08 days since my application is lying with the previous employer & it has not been returned back to the EPF office for the clearance of the payment Hence you are requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest so that payment could be credited in my account ..
