Refusing to give proper bills, no facilites of Hotel given

Respected Consumer complaints Forum,

I am Mr. Anup Kumar Ghosh, a resident of 40, Aswini Nagar, Regent Park, Kolkatta-700040.

Stayed in Hotel Prince, K.C. Sen Road, Guahati-8, Assam, in a non AC single bed room, room number-403. Rent they asked Rs.350 Tax, which I agreed to pay.

But after I got in they took extra Rs.450 as security money from me by force, and there are no proper bed sheets, rooms were very darty, no proper bills given for fooding, charged tax for food but there are no proper bills for tax charged. Hotel menager misbehaved with me and threatened to beat up.

Accroding to the charge they have not given the promosed facility. So I request you to take action against the Hotel prince. and grant me justice for coustomer heracement. So in future they will not be able to exploit other coustomers.
