Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Debarshi Banik sending this complaint from Agartala, Tripura. I have a complaint against the proprietor of Hotel Radha International, 54, Central Road, Agartala, Tripura West, Pin-799001, Hello: 0381-2384530/2382615.

I took an order of making flex glow sign board from the proprietor of Hotel Radha International, Mr. Pankaj Saha dated on 06.04.05 in presence of him & his hotel staffs. Against the order, the same day, he gave me the cash payment of Rs.7500/- in advance for the work. Accordingly I did start the designing, and asked him for the proof with a colour printout. After his approval, I did send the design for the printing from Kolkata. On that time all the flex printing done from Kolkata itself. When it reached, I made a iron structure and put it in the location where Mr. Pankaj Saha told us to hang. Later on, Mr. Pankaj Saha simply changed his voice & rejects the work. We had a communication before the work that, the signboard should look clear from the road. Accordingly I made the design & approved. But he didn’t pay me the rest of the payment. The bill amount was Rs.16350/- on which I received only Rs.7500/- in advance.

After few months with many requests Mr. Pankaj Saha gave me a proposal that he want another design on which the hotel name should look bigger & clear from the distance. He convinced that, if I do the work again then only he will release the full amount for the both work. I agreed with his voice & started for the next design. I took his hotel seal & full signature as evidence in my proof printout paper. After that, I made the order for the flex printout from kolkata. When it reached, I kept the new flex in the same structure where the first flex was hanged. The second work bill amount was Rs.6600/- and passed it to the hotel authority on 17.11.05. But, Mr. Pankaj Saha didn’t pay anything later. And he kept both the flex & structure in his custody. He is a very reputed person in our society and has good connections with people. I didn’t expect this kind of attitude from him and lost all the money. Please help me in this case. I will be ever grateful to you. Waiting for your reply.
