Hotel Raghav Kota
Driving licence not returned

Sir,

On 21st January I was staying in hotel Raghav, oppt. Ram mandir, Mala road, Kota junction Phone No. 07442460507. They have taken my driving licence for photo I card and I was informed that it will e delivered in the room. After repeated requests it was not delivered and was informed that it will be returned at the time of check out. At the check out time when I asked for my licence they kept me busy in billing & I forgot to take it back from them. I have been constantly ringing these people & for first 15 days they used to tell that they will send it through courier. And after that they have ben telling that they have couriered and still it has not been received by me. They are not able to provide the courier details. Through some sources I could locate some friends in Kota and they have also visited this hotel and no satisfactory reply was given to them also. I am facing difficulties without the original licence and have to apply for a dplicate one, which again is a tire some job and wastage of lot of time. Can you please help me to get the licence back from these crooks.
