Hotel Sheela - Nainital
Bad Services & Behaviou

I visited Nainital on 26th June-09 & booked two rooms in Hotel Sheela, Mall road. To begin with the commitments made by the Manager about the room were false, they charged us for a room with a water heater, which was not present while check-in & was later installed. The bed was broken, the tube light was wrapped in a green cellophane paper & was very dim, the room was damp & stinking, the bed linen & wraps were not changed neither before nor after check-in, the room service & so called house keeping was beyond pathetic! Our mobile phone got picked up by their sweeper from our room itself & on top of this the Management did not entertain our complaint. The owner Mr. G.C Shah's son Nagendra came to address this issue, but rather was very rude & blunt with us ... & not only acted smart, but misbehaved with our family members as well. My sincere advice, PLEASE DO NOT EVEN TRY OUT This HOTEL, ever!!!
