BSNL lines not working since last two months

Dear Sir,
We are writing this letter to complain in the strongest terms about the poor service that we have received from your company. we signed up to your telephone service package from last several years because your advertising suggests that you are better than other service provider company. In addition, you promise to deal with problems quickly and efficiently, something that other service provider were unable or unwilling to do.
However, in the last two months of service you managed to cause us to lose business because of your poor administration.
The main problem was that you failed to provide us with the correct services on following numbers or rather following numbers are not working inspite of many comlaints registred to your company since last two months.
We have followed to sr. engg. on every alternate days but every time they are saying cable fault is their and corporation is not ready to give permission for digging and ignoring and saying it will take 15 days time. This is Second time cable fault has come and every time our phone has dead. But no responce from BSNL.

This phone numbers were established business lines which we had been using for the last several years. Obviously this meant that our clients were unable to contact us and it cost us as we loose valuable business and still we received bills from your side.
We would appreciate it if this situation could be resolved on war bases and a substantial rebate offered on our last two month's account.
