Hotel The Leela venture Limited
Balance Salary alongwith PFamount

I have worked for the Hotel leela venture limited from Nov-07 to May-08 with employee number as 8125. In the month of May-08, I have resigned from the company because they are paying me only 60% of amount as against my total salary, eventhough company have not provided me PF number also. At the last they have hold up my total balance salary which includes medical, LTA, performance bonus amount & PF amount whereas I have handed over all of my documents to my colleague Mr. Pankaj Shrimali, as agreed by Mr. Pankaj in presence of thier personnal manager- Udaipur in the month of Jan-10. But now after spending of more than two years, company have not released my balance salary & PF amount. This is the case of personal harassment to me.
