Dear sir,

I worked for the trident hotel jaipur (0141-2672359, www.tridenthotels.com) from 2004 as food production assistant in the bakery and confectionary pf a/c no RJ/9361/510.After working for about 1year i moved to the leela bangalore. I came back to jaipur in Nov and the applied for the refund of my pf money at the hr dept (nikhil.mathur@tridenthotles.com). I did regular follow up on the issue for about 6 months i was informed that the pf refund form i had sent was lost by the hr dept, in august i was asked to refill and sent it to the trust that the hotels has apointed to take care of the staff pf money (person incharge mr nasim -011-26287590, 41618703, nasim@bpopioneers.com). Ater about an year they said the account has been settled long time back but they done that any document to prove this point they do not have cheque no, nor the acknowledgement signed by me that the i have recivied the amount. Now its been almost 3 long years neither the trident hotel nor the trust thas been able to give any proof that they have paid me off and say that nothing can be done as the do not have any record of such old issue. The last conversation that i had with mr mathur on 28/04/08 i was asked to call up mr nasim and now mr nasim is not responding.

pls help me get my pl refund.
