I had bought a motorola q9 from hotspot baroda on 28 may/09.. the salesman had insisted me to buy the handset and on his insistence i had even blocked the product by giving him a token amount of rs.200/- but in the 2 months i have used the phone, i have faced a lot of problems regarding the key pad, the vibrating alert of the phone and the battery gets discharged in 7-9 hrs even after completely charging it and not using it at all.
