Dear All,
Thro this medium I want to bring into your kind attn. that I took one Samsung Mobile Phone SGHi 450 from Hot Spot H- Pocket Dilshad Garden Delhi 95 (EAST DELHI) dated Sep 02 '08, as per their package they would provide us with a hand free BluTooth kit.
Since the stock was not there they askd us to collect the same next day.
Till date I havnt recieved the kit, whenever you go there the simple reasons stated by them are:-
1. Stock came & it just got finish.
2. The Stock is coming from godown.
The last promise they made was to deliver the same at my Hom.
HOT SPOt is giving promises after promises but cannot stand on their word.
They have lost their consumer confidence. They have lost thier service.
Just visit them & you can hear all shouts from the consumer & their Sales guy just gives silly excuses...
HOTSPOT had sadly lost their REPUTATION.
BEWARE FROM HOTSPOT, & dont get drifted away by thier sweet talks.
