Hotspot mobicare
Not returning the handset

I purchased my n-85 nokia handset on nov'08.from hotspot.i also purchased a hotspot mobicare pack for 1200rs.in which i can claim damages for free (even physical damage) ie, i can get my handset repaired for free.after about 1month of purchase my n-85 screen went blank.i gave my handset to hotspot mobicare for repair.they returned my handset after taking so long to repair (1.5months).again on 14/8/09.i faced the same screen problem, so again i gave my handset to hotspot for repair.the date they told me to repair was near 22/8/09.now today its 1/10/09 and i havnt recieved my handset.after calling continuously to hotspot they give some another future date for getting the handset repaired, but fail to repair it.its not even a year is completed since i got my phone and these guys in hotspot take months to repair it.
