Hello sir i bought a motorokr em30 from hotspot at vikas marg it s keypad stopped working i gave it for service on 5th may to hotspot as i had taken their care pack for wic. they said me that i will they charged Rs 600 .They said that i ll get the phone back within 14 days but i got it on 21st may and that day the set had the same problem and its screen was too damaged and body had many cracks. They said that they wiil replace my set but they did nt and every day they are extending the date and i have nt got my set till now.
